It’s time to get stronger! In this program, participants will be introduced to weight lifting and progressive resistance training with proper technique to maximize mental toughness, power, speed, and agility.

In this program, athletes will be challenged by advanced athletic movements, multi-directional resistance training, and sports-centered power development.
