Angela Fornville is a Speech Language Pathologist. She has two specialty credentials including a Certificate of Clinical Competence/SLP and Certified Autism Specialist. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University and then a Master of Science degree from TN State University. Angela is married to Quentin Fornville and has two biological children, five stepchildren, and five step-grandchildren. She is originally from Zebulon, North Carolina. During her free time, she enjoys reading. She is also a big Panther’s fan and is a part of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Angela has 19 years of clinical experience. She is research-based but will create treatment plans based on individual needs.

Functional capacity evaluations are provided by Occupro certified licensed therapists. Are you an athlete that needs motion analysis? Kinetic offers the latest technology. Medicare, Tricare, pediatric Medicaid, workers comp, and most insurances are accepted. Referrals are not required in most cases. Payment options are available through Care Credit.

This is such an amazing place. They have everything under one roof…PT, OT, Speech Therapy, a heated pool, a courtyard….even a dietician and a cryotherapy chamber….it is clean and the people are always so happy and friendly. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
