Toni Shepherd - Medical Receptionist
Toni Shepherd is a vital asset to the Kinetic Physical Therapy administrative team, bringing a friendly face and a passion for patient care to every interaction. Originally from Smithfield, North Carolina, Toni earned her degree in Medical Assisting Science after studying at both East Carolina University and Keiser University.
Toni is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and making each patient’s experience smooth and positive from start to finish. She’s passionate about supporting others and enjoys being part of a team that helps people feel their best.
When she’s not at work, you can find Toni kayaking, hiking, or sewing. She’s also a taco enthusiast and has a love for adventure—she’s lived in both Alaska and Hawaii!
